Shopping with us

These terms explain purchases made through this store. Product descriptions, selected options and availability shown at the time of ordering form part of your order information. Please review the cart and enter accurate contact and delivery details. If you discover an error, contact us promptly.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The checkout shows the order total and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Standard Canadian shipping is free. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, a material error or a legitimate security issue, we will explain the problem and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. We will not increase an accepted price without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation

Normal preparation is 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days in transit, for an estimated 5–8 business days overall. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change before dispatch. If cancellation is no longer possible, the return process may be available. Any cancellation right granted by law remains available.

Returns and remedies

Our Refund page provides 30-day returns or exchanges and free approved return shipping, with no restocking fee. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and are processed by us within 10 business days; banks or issuers usually take another 5–10 business days to display them. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed items are handled with an appropriate remedy.

Fair responsibilities

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, imposes a waiver of mandatory warranties or prevents access to courts or complaint channels. Applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial consumer protections prevail over any inconsistent wording.

Contact us about an order or a concern so that we can try to resolve it. Changes to website terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights or agreed promises for an existing order. Your lawful external remedies remain available regardless of whether you first contact us.
