From preparation to arrival, this page explains our standard delivery service for Canadian orders.

Canadian delivery

We deliver to addresses within Canada. Standard shipping is free. If an address or item cannot be served by the available carrier, we will explain the issue and agree an appropriate solution before proceeding. We do not silently substitute a paid delivery service.

Preparation and transit

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. An unresolved payment or address question may delay preparation; we will contact you when clarification is needed.

Tracking your parcel

We send available dispatch and tracking details to the email address used for the order. A carrier may need time after collection to register the first scan. Contact us with your order number if you have not received a shipping update or tracking appears to have stopped.

Delays and delivery concerns

Weather, carrier disruption and exceptional events can affect delivery. We will communicate significant delays and help trace a late or missing parcel. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. Let us know promptly about an incorrect shipping address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns and protection

Our Refund page explains the 30-day return and exchange period and our free approved return method. Delivery estimates do not remove a specific promise made for an order or any mandatory rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer law.
