The following explains checkout currency, available methods and the handling of refunds.

Currency and total

This store charges in Canadian dollars (CAD). Review the checkout total, including any applicable taxes, before confirming your purchase. Standard shipping to Canadian addresses is free. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or account charges if your account uses another currency.

Available payment methods

Use a payment method actually offered on the checkout page for your order. Availability can depend on the payment provider, device and transaction. We do not promise that a particular card, wallet or installment option is available unless checkout presents it.

Payment handling

Payment details are handled through the checkout and its payment providers. We use a secure connection and appropriate service providers for payment processing. Do not email us a complete card number, card security code, password or one-time verification code. If a payment fails, check your details or contact the provider before retrying to avoid duplicate authorizations.

Returning a payment

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days, and banks or card issuers usually need another 5–10 business days to reflect the credit. Contact us with your order number if it has not appeared after the expected period. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
